- October 15 → Individual & C corp Extensions Due
- December 31 → BOI Report Due (NEW)
đź’µ Money Tip:
Ok, so this one isn’t really a money tip - it’s more of a compliance tip, but it will save you $$. You may have heard about the new FinCEN requirement to file an annual BOI report. If you were in business before January this year, you have until December 31 to file that initial report.
We aren’t doing this for clients. But here are your options:

Pay your tax preparer to do it for you

Pay your Lawyer or registered agent to do it for you if you’re paying for that service

Do it yourself - its FREE, at https://boiefiling.fincen.gov and will take you about 5 minutes. You’ll need:
- Company info: Company Names (and DBAs if any) EIN, Address
- Owner information: Names, Birthdays, Home Address, Driver license/passport Numbers & Driver license images
- the one spot I suspect might stump people is this: so make sure you check box 16:
Once you complete it, make sure you download the Transcript and save it with your Company Docs.
