Serena Shoup, CPA | Founder | CEO
Serena started the company as a solo-preneur helping small businesses with their bookkeeping and accounting in 2017, after leaving her corporate controller position to stay home with her kids.
She quickly discovered how much she enjoyed empowering business owners to understand their numbers and make better decisions with the information and systems she helped them set up.
Today, of course bookkeeping focuses on helping online entrepreneurs (specifically course creators and service providers), and there's a whole team of us doing it.
Serena enjoys hiking & standup paddle boarding the lakes the mountains near her home in Arizona, with her 3 kids, partner, and chocolate lab.
Stephanie Kaleba | Account Manager
Stephanie combines her experience in accounting, operations, and project management to ensure clients can focus on their business and not on their books. She lives near Dallas with her husband and 2 young-adult daughters.
She is a life-long learner and starts her day by taking a few French lessons. She loves Wordle and is very competitive when playing games. Stephanie also has a heart for service and enjoys volunteering. When she isnāt organizing things for work or home, you can find her playing tennis, reading a book, or spending a few moments with her elderly dad.

Tia is a multi-talented mom of two, hailing from Idaho.
She enjoys puzzles (like any good bookkeeper) and is quite crafty!Ā
She's our resident graphic & web designer AND bookkeeper, making sure all the pieces fit together beautifully.

Hannah is a go-getter who loves to support others. When she isnāt snuggling her Pitbull, sheās most likely playing board games or enjoying the beach with her favorite people.
With a background in Education, Hannah feels passionate about providing others with the tools they need to feel successful both personally and professionally.
